Fully air conditioned ground floor apartment with covered parking and garden. Furnished to a very high standard for that relaxing luxury holiday, situated in landscape gardens with citrus and poplar trees.

As you enter this spacious apartment you will appreciate the open plan living area furnished with contemporary furniture to create a relaxed and inviting feel. A separate fully fitted kitchen has brand new appliances and everything you would need to make you feel at home. Leading from the living area is a large private terrace area with plants and covered pergola for shade and patio for full sun, the view of one of the infinity swimming pools inviting you for a daily swim.

Patio furniture and sunloungers are provided. All bedrooms have patio doors looking onto the patio area, ideal for some early morning sunbathing. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with fan and has a bath en-suite. The second bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan and twin beds.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king size contemporary bed.
Bedroom 2 has two single contemporary style beds.
Bathrooms: En suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/power shower, vanity unit.
Bathroom 2 bath/power shower.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, granite work tops and dishwasher.
Utility Room: Washing machine.
Living Rooms: Open plan living area with 2 Italian soft sofas, 1 converts to a comfortable double bed. Dining table to seat 6 people. Flatscreen TV with satellite TV and DVD. Hi-fi unit. Blinds and curtains.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen provided, please bring beach towels. Linen can be changed at extra cost for mid stay if required.

Please NOTE This apartment is new (May 2007) and is a strictly no-smoking apartment and is only available to couples and families and not all male or all females groups.

Outside there is a large patio area which covers the side and front of the property, the property has a covered pergola for some welcome shading. The front of the property is in full sun from mid morning til evening. Sunloungers, patio table and chairs supplied. There are 2 large communal infinity pools which have sun loungers and umbrellas supplied, these are surrounded by landscaped gardens with citrus and poplar trees.

The apartment is suitable for wheelchair access, although there are a few steps to the pool area.

Coast/Beach The apartment is situated just a short drive away from the excellent sandy beach of Coral Bay with all watersports, or just a 15-20 minute walk from Paphos harbour and all the amenities.

Golf There are nearby, 3 championship Par 72 golf courses all available for non-members to play, recommend to book in advance. They are Tsada golf course, set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery. Aphrodite Hills is a well planned, competitive and creative course. Secret Valley Golf Club is located 18km east of Paphos and lies in a scenic valley surrounded by trees and beautiful rock formations.

Travel The apartment is a 20 minute journey time from Paphos airport, directions will be supplied. A car is advisable to maximise visiting the delights of Cyprus, but not necessary. Recommended car hire upon request.

Distances The apartment is a short drive from Paphos harbour and the old market town.
56 miles to the Troodos Mountains.
16 miles to the start of the Akamas Peninsular.
20 miles to Pissouri.

Further details Paphos has something for everyone to enjoy. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants and an abundance of historical sites to visit within a short distance from the apartment e.g. The medieval fort and Roman mosaics. The harbour is a popular area where daily boat trips can be hired.
